Website Project

This past November, DIS Marketing and Communications revamped their website, disabroad.org.

I had the opportunity to contribute to the project by designing pages in WordPress, crafting content, and sharing the final product both internally and externally.

I had the opportunity to create a new "Why Study Abroad" page for our website. I conducted extensive research—analyzing competitor websites, Reddit threads, social media trends, and student testimonials. Using these insights, I designed and wrote a compelling page tailored for prospective students considering studying abroad.

Beyond content creation, I assisted in migrating course pages and collaborated with team members on various sections of the website. Additionally, I played a key role in sharing the exciting news internally and externally. Most notably, I organized a launch party for our new website, inviting staff and faculty to explore the updated platform and ask questions about the project. To expand our reach, I also crafted and shared an announcement on LinkedIn, engaging our professional network.
